Overview

Wheels Wander is a car-rental mobile app designed around a simple promise: find the right car nearby and book it in a few taps. The experience is built for renters — browsing by familiar brands, comparing cars on the details that matter, and getting to a confirmed booking without friction.

I designed the product end to end — mapping the flows on paper first, then translating them into a bright, friendly interface with a consistent visual language, from onboarding through browsing, booking and payment.

The result is an app that feels approachable and quick, with a warm yellow identity, clear pricing on every car, and reassuring confirmation at the end of the journey.

From sketches to screens

The app started on paper. I sketched the full journey first — onboarding and sign-in, the car list, booking, and the payment options (UPI, phone pay and cash) — to get the flow and screen-to-screen logic right before touching pixels.

The app, end to end

From splash and sign-in to a browsable catalogue of cars — each with its transmission, seats, fuel type and a clear per-day price — through to a booking confirmation. Popular brands sit up front, and cars available nearby are one tap away.

In the hand

Designed for real, everyday use — a bright, tappable interface that stays legible at a glance and keeps the next action obvious.
